Train To GainI have seen a course advertised online, it is called
Train To Gain. It is run by a training provider based in London, they help businesses by training staff, it is designed to increase the efficiency and productivity of the employees and help encourage success in the business.
Train To Gain is very appealing to me at the moment. I have a team of thirty-two, some have been with us for years and some have only been with us for months, unfortunately here we do have to sack a lot of staff because they are just not motivated enough and take this as an easy ride, not putting any effort in at all. I think that
Train To Gain is what our staff need here to get them in the right frame of mind to work to targets and be successful. So I have had a look into what courses they have on offer, the one that stood out to me the most was the one or two week intensive training course. I think these guys need pushing and I am sure that will do the trick, I have had a good read what topics they will study and they are all relevant, I hope that this will improve my business as a whole.
